Sampling and Product Development
Our professional Quality Assurance inspectors and merchandisers keep a close check on sampling and production making sure that deliveries are made in time as per the agreed shipment schedule. We provide complete services as the buyers sourcing office in Pakistan. We also assist customers in developing new products to enhance and improve their product range by arranging trials and samples till the desired results are achieved.
Production Monitoring and Inspection
Our Quality Assurance team consistently monitors the production process through regular inspections starting from checking and approving the raw materials. Samples are collected at various stages and sent to the buyers for their approvals. Final inspections are made prior to shipment in accordance with the customers specified standards. Regular stock taking and production calculations of running orders is done at the mills to ensure that the contracted shipment timelines are met.
Quality Assurance
With our extensive experience in this business we have identified production units which are suitable for specific orders/qualities for the entire textile range whether it is Yarns, Fabric, Made ups or Apparel. After Sales Service
We are responsible to address any complaints the customer may have after receiving the goods. We ensure that our buyers are completely satisfied with the quality and timely execution of their orders. - We assist all our Buyers / Associates with their trips to Pakistan i.e hotel reservations, travel arrangements etc and organize their visits to be as useful as possible depending on the time available to ensure the most important suppliers who are suitable for their business are visited.
